Terms & Conditions
- If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances ( like rain, earthquake, landslide, flood, Strike, Bandh decided by management team, etc.)
we will issue the refund. In such a case either you can demand refund or you can change your trip dates, If it is possible by us. - If any participant does not appear at scheduled time and place on Trip day due to any reason no refund will be issued.
- 50% payment to be paid in advance for booking and other 50% payment to be paid before 5 days of date of trip.
- Vehicle will be provided as per mentioned tour plan ( point to point basis only) no refund or compensation will be paid for any unused services / transportation in any circumstances.
- The organiser has all the rights to modify / change / cancel the itinerary and that may / may not be informed to the participants.
- Trip organiser will not responsible to provide any kind of medical support and legal support except basic first aid.
- No person / organisation will be responsible for any loss of the luggage or valuables carried by the participants.
- We shall not bear any cost for flight | bus | train cancellation or delay due to Bad weather or any other reason which are not in our control. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger by at own.
- There would be no refund for the road blocks due to natural calamity/any other reason. The alternate accommodation Cost at particular destination due to the same shall be borne by passenger directly.
- No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Discipline shall be maintained during the camp and all the instruction given by the guide / instructor shall be strictly followed.
- Smoking, tobacco, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited And if anyone get to be caught, immediately cancellation of members participation and no further service / return ticket /
refund will be paid. - The campsite area permits only pure veg food.
- Photography in defense and restricted area are strictly prohibited and can lead to Defence action.
BOOKING DECLARATION
- I have read the Terms and Conditions of VOYAGERS ADVENTURE relating to the Adventure Camps and have fully understood the meaning and significance of the same. I declare that I am physically and medically fit to undergo the camp/trip I am applying for. The above entries have been made by me and they are true and correct.
- I hereby certify that all the entries are correct in every respect. In case of deaths, accident or injury of any form or any form of loss during the camp the Institute (voyagers adventure) or any of its staff will not be held in any manner wholly/partially responsible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation charges For Local Camp/ trip: Advance Payment/ token payment will be non-Refundable. Cancellations before 35 days from the start of the journey Full Refund. Cancellation between 35 days and 25 days to start of the journey 75% Refund. Cancellation between 25 days and 15 days to start of the journey 50% Refund. Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the journey No Refund.
The cancellation charges For National Camp / Tour: Advance Payment/ token payment will be non-Refundable. Cancellations before 90 days from the start of the journey Full Refund. Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey 50% Refund. Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey No Refund.
- In case of refund, transaction charges are not refundable by banks/payment gateways.
- The refund amount will be paid in 7 to 12 working days directly into the bank account.
